The Directors would like to advise that at this point in time we have ceased simulator operations and manufacturing and are currently taking offers for the sale of all Intellectual Property and simulator stock of the Company.

Tag’s Key Personnel will also be available to be contracted as part of the negotiated sale price to enable a smooth transition and integration of the hardware and software to the successful buyer.
